3D Acceleration mode no longer works after Windows & Dell Updates

I just updated my system (Windows 10 updates & Dell Updates).  Now, my VirtualBox in 3D Acceleration mode no longer works on any of my clients.  The VM will start but auto size no longer works and after a while I get a blue screen on the VM. I also get a windows system message in the VM stating that the graphics driver failed to load. Has anybody been having this problem since updating drivers? Thanks.

Setup:
VirtualBox 6.1.18, extension pack, guest additions
Windows 10
Dell XPS 15 7590

Start the VM from full normal shutdown, not save-state. Run until you see the problem happen, then shut down the VM from within the VM's OS if possible. If not possible, close the Virtualbox window for the VM with the Power Off option set.

Right-click the VM in the main Virtualbox window's VM list, choose Show Log. Save the far left tab's log and the hardening log next to it, zip them, and post the zip file, using the forum's Upload Attachment tab.

Log files attached - captured after BSOD. Also note that even if I disable 3D Acceleration I still get the BSOD in the guest. Thanks.

Update: When I get the BSOD I also get this message from VirtualBoxVM.exe... The instruction at 0x00007FFEF07DF3BC referenced memory at 0x0000000000000000. The memory could not be read.

Your VM is having a hardening problem, seemingly with the Intel graphics drivers:
00:00:04.016618 supR3HardenedErrorV: supR3HardenedScreenImage/LdrLoadDll: rc=VERR_CR_X509_CPV_UNKNOWN_CRITICAL_EXTENSION fImage=1 fProtect=0x0 fAccess=0x0 \Device\HarddiskVolume3\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\iigd_dch.inf_amd64_01cdaaf9ff04b86e\igdumdim64.dll: Node #2 has an unknown critical extension
Host graphics drivers are used to facilitate 3D acceleration in the VM. Try updating them.

Please post a log for this situation too.

Will do - thanks

BTW, I also have a NVidia graphics card in this laptop. Is there a way to force VirtualBox to use that instead?

Not within the Virtualbox controls, that I know of. Nvidia's apps might have a way.
