adding Bridged Adapter to existing installation

Post by Gucek »

hi. so.. I installed VirtualBox without additional Network Adapters (on Windows host) ..and now, when I installed Kali Linux as guest I quite clearly need them.
the thing is.. the (re)installer for current version has only options Repair and Remove. the 1st one just runs unattended and the 2nd is not something i need/want. :?:

Re-running the installed version's installer only provides Repair or Uninstall. This is typical of Windows MSI installers, which is what the Virtualbox installer is.

Uninstall Virtualbox, reboot, then re-install Virtualbox, adding the Bridged option. Your VMs will stay put for continued use.
