Windows 10 slow performance

Hello everyone
I have a VirtualBox Version 6.0.20 r137117 with Windows 10 64-bit guest OS.
This virtual machine is dedicated for using Siemens software like Simotion Scout v5.3 and TIA Portal v15.
Despite the fact that I have a rather powerful laptop and, in my opinion, I have allocated enough resources to the guest system, it is still slow.
Consequently, the software I need runs super slow and it is absolutely impossible to work like that.
I did not encounter this when using the guest system on the Windows 7 64-bit.
I looked into similar problems on this forum and tried to change the VirtualBox settings, but to no avail. I would be grateful for any help in this matter.

Here the zip archive of my log file is attached.
Thank you in advance.

I don't see any running problems in the log. I do see all host physical cores available for the VM:
Host CPU status:
00:00:03.703706 CPUM: Logical host processors: 8 present, 8 max, 8 online, online mask: 00000000000000ff
00:00:03.703707 CPUM: Physical host cores: 4
00:00:03.704094 Full Name: "Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6820EQ CPU @ 2.80GHz"
00:00:03.704070 NX - No-Execute/Execute-Disable = 1 (1)
Guest CPU settings:
00:00:02.930202 NumCPUs <integer> = 0x0000000000000004 (4)
Try 2 processors in the VM. More CPUs slow down a VM, due to extra scheduling needs on the host. The slowdown is only acceptable when there is multi-threaded processes running in the VM that can fill up all the cores.

At least now I have no doubts about the correctness of the virtual machine settings.
May be there is some incapability between the VirtualBox and Siemens software.
I surprisingly found out that the VirtualBox software doesn't include into the Step7 list of supported virtualization platforms :( .
For many years the use of VirtualBox with Windows 7 and Step7 (Scout, TIA...) there were no problems.
Anyway thank you for your assistance and fast answer.

VirtualBox 6.0.20 is quite old. Do you have a chance to test an update to the latest 6.0.24 or the current 6.1.18?
