Changing the font size of main window

Is there any way to change the font size of main window? The default is too small for my aged eyes.

Not in VirtualBox's own settings as far as I know. Perhaps there's a way to adjust scaling in your windows host.

I tried and it changes the font size of some areas but not one of others. For example, following are changed.

[

• Menu of all windows
• Items listed in Hard dsks/Optical disks/Floppy disk tabs in Virtual Media Manger
• Items listed in Host Network Manager

But following aren't changed.

• Text under icons
• VM names in main window
• Description about the detail of VM
• Name of tab

I guess UI of VirtualBox doesn't expect for font size to be changed from default .
