Any ideas why is my vm OS lagging? It started happening recently, win xp was working fine before. Tried reinstalling, tried changing images, nothing's helping. I get those weird hang's.
I'm using win xp 32bit sp3.
And it was working well before, meanwhile now it's lagging and hanging, I still don't know why.

Please provide a VM log file. Make sure the VM is fully shut down, then right click it in the manager UI. Select "Show Log" and save "VBox.log" (no other file) to a zip file. Attach the zip here.
