[Solved] Virtual Win 7s VMs can see my computers, but not other VMs

Hello,
I have multiple instances of Windows 7 running.
I have changed their I.P. to 172.16.0.11 / 12 / 13 with subnet mask 255.255.0.0
My network settings are Bridged Adapter
I have a custom homegroup name
When I try to share a folder, my network folder and network discovery show me the other physical computers I have on my LAN + that specific VMs shared folder, but I can't see the other two VMs
I've seen a few similar issues online and tried them to no avail. Is there something simple I'm missing on the windows work group side?
Thanks
Edit: Forgot to mention I also see the VBOXSVR folder, and I can't ping the various VMs with each other.
