Vbox black screens

When I launch ubuntu on vbox it tries to boot and black screens,
on windows guest i can configure windows 10 and when it actually boots it blue screens on kernel security check failure
virtualization is enabled on bios and displayed on task manager, Hyper-V is off and Vmware works perfectly

Hyper-V is enabled. See HMR3Init: Attempting fall back to NEM (Hyper-V is active)
