You didn't obfuscate enough in your screenshot, here come the Black Hats!!!!

ALL YOUR BASE ARE BELONG TO US!!!

Seriously, all the stuff (Part of the VM name, probably "DW7", and a part of a UUID) you blocked out is worthless to help or prevent hacking, especially since you left your computer's account name, which also happens to be worthless to help or prevent hacking. And you used your email address for your nickname...

It's all virtual, files on your computer, none of it will help anyone get into your physical PC. The only thing you ever need to obfuscate is your public IP address if it ever shows up, and that's getting pen-tested as we speak by thousands of botnets.

Re the "deleted snapshot" how did you delete it?

I selected remove from the Virtualbox manager for this particular VM as I was already having a storage space issue . But everytime I try to reinstall a fresh version I get this error. with the old snapshots showing which are gone.

There's two options to remove a VM, 'Delete All Files' and 'Remove Only'. Remove Only keeps the VMs files on your host disk for future re-registration.

If you want to delete the whole "Presentation EN DW73_Virtualbox" VM and start over, and the "Presentation EN DW73_Virtualbox" VM no longer appears in the VirtualBox Manager's list, go to 'C:\Users\Nick.Cioto\Share\VM\Presentation_EN_DW7_Virtualbox(1)' and delete the "Presentation EN DW73_Virtualbox" folder. That should get rid of the leftover files. An emptying of the Recycle Bin may also be necessary to free up disk space.

A full host disk backup will ensure that if there are any errors or misunderstandings in the above instructions you can recover.
