Help: Kernel Panic Not Syncing: Fatal Exception

Hello,

Every time I boot my VM, I get the error "Kernel Panic Not Syncing: Fatal Exception". I'm not sure what is causing this error. I've tried a number of solutions but none of them have worked. I have some experience with VMs but I am definitely not an expert. Any advice on how to resolve this problem would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
I am using virtualbox version 6.0 with Guest Additions.
My host is a Win10 machine 64 bit
My Guest is a Red Hat version 7.7 64bit

Is this Red Hat OS based on CentOS? The VM's name mentions CentOS, not Red Hat.

Your Virtualbox and Extension Pack don't match:
00:00:01.355220 VirtualBox VM 6.0.14 r133895 win.amd64 (Oct 10 2019 19:44:31) release log
00:00:01.420522 Installed Extension Packs:
00:00:01.420537 Oracle VM VirtualBox Extension Pack (Version: 6.0.24 r139119; VRDE Module: VBoxVRDP)
The log shows the VM running over 20 hours.

The error message is from the OS, not Virtualbox. Try troubleshooting through Red Hat or CentOS help channels and pretend you're using a real computer not a VM.

Red Hat provides support for their own maintained (but still open source) Linux build. CentOS is a third party build from the same sources, so same as Red Hat without the support. Red Hat would be the correct template for a CentOS install. Though I don't consider it correct to refer to the guest as "Red Hat" unless it was built and supported by Red Hat.
