Gave in, I need help

I have spent a month or so trying to do it but can't figure it out, i must be dumb. I seem to need detailed step by step with pics or something, I can not figure out how to install a macOS in VBox, I have read and watched alot of videos but i can not figure this out, I must be to old. Please help
