Impossible to install Mac OS on 1 computer but works on the other

Good evening,
With my girlfriend we followed a tutorial in order to use MacOS Catalina on Windows VirtualBox
At home it works correctly and I even tried 3 times to be sure that I am doing everything right and it worked all 3 times.
But with my girlfriend computer there is a problem ...
BdsDxe: loading Boot0001 “UEFI VBOX CD-ROM VB1-1a2b3c4d ” from PciRoot (0x0)/Pci(0xD,0x0)/Sata (0x1,0xFFFF,0x0)
BdsDxe: starting Boot0001 “UEFI VBOX CD-ROM VB1-1a2b3c4d ” from PciRoot (0x0)/Pci(0xD,0x0)/Sata (0x1,0xFFFF,0x0)
We only see 2 lines and it stays there, we waited 5 minutes each time and tried several times.
She has an AMD A6-9220.
Several sites indicate that with an AMD processor it is necessary to add the command
VBoxManage modifyvm "mac" --cpu-profile "Intel Core i7-6700K"
mac is her virtual machine name.
But that still hasn't fixed the problem and I really don't understand ...
Thank you for the help
