See Diagnosing VirtualBox Hardening Issues. Hardening problems are sometimes hard to pin down.

Please try uninstalling ZoneAlarm (not just disable) as a test. Also check for any other security software, HP ProtectTools, Trusteer Rapport, web-safety nanny software, etc. Reboot, then try Virtualbox.

Hi, I just was running fine and suddenly it shows this error. I proceed to Install the new version of VBox but, the problem continue.

Things update and change while running fine. Did you do anything regarding my second paragraph above?

Hi, yes I saw it. I've uninstalled all apps referenced to security and reboot, remove remaining folders and reboot. And try again, and the problem continue.

Zip and post a new hardening log, maybe something will show.

Also try: Uninstall 6.1.18 and install 6.1.16. See https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Download_Old_Builds. See if the VMs run.
