No "Import" option under "File" [SOLVED]

Hi! I'm new here, I'm Dan, and I'm studying a Master's Degree in AI research.
I have an .ova file to import from my professors and installed VirtualBox. I'm using PopOS! 20.10 (based on Ubuntu 20.10) and downloaded the "Ubuntu 19.10 / 20.04" version.
Everything except that it's missing the "Import" option under "File", so I cannot import the machine.
How can I solve this?

SOLUTION:
I was using "Virtual Machine Manager" instead of VirtualBox. I got the link through my college's site, they're wrong!
