Hello, I am getting this error every time I try and start a WIn 10 virtual Machine. Virtualization is turned on in BIOS.

I see that you selected a 32bit template. Windows 10 (32bit) is quite rare. Was that really your intention? I can't tell from the ISO filename whether you downloaded the matching installer.

Triple fault when booting from CD IME usually indicates corruption of the ISO. One good way to corrupt an ISO would be to take one that's larger than 4GB and copy it to a FAT drive, as you seem to have done. FAT has a 4GB file size limit, so this would have caused an error message, and it truncated the file.

I'm also puzzled that VirtualBox lists the "'H:\Windows.iso' (DVD) is fat" line twice. That possibly indicates that you added two CD/DVD drives to your VM recipe and you mounted the same ISO in both. That too would not be good.

I would reduce the VM CPU allocation to 2 cores. It does not need 4, and in that case 2 cores is faster.
