Why do you want to wait for tomorrow? Nothing is stopping you from posting images and log files today. The only thing you can't do today is link to offsite files, so you must use the local "Upload attachment" tab.

p.s. A picture may be worth a thousand words, but the VBox.log file is usually more useful still, along with an adequate description of the problem.

i got Windows 10 64bit as host with 8GB RAM an 12 CPU with NVidia GeForce GTX 1660 super. I created a guest on Windows 7 with 4GB RAM and 5 CPU, I installed the guest additions, but i have graphics issues: when i open the start menu and the i close it, the icon doesn't updates.
when I start the VM taskbar glitches and I don't see the icons
when i delete an item the icon doesn't disapper and i have to do selection and then the part i selected disappear

You are over-committing host RAM. In fact your host can't afford to dedicate 4GB RAM to any task, so I suggest you reduce the Win7 allocation to 2GB - or add more RAM to the host. It's IMO strange to see a top of the range processor paired with such limited RAM.

Also, reduce VM cores to 2. Anything more than that will usually slow down a VM, as each core adds a maintenance overhead which is usually not compensated for by speeding up any task. Incidentally, you have a 6 core host, not 12 core. Yes you have 12 CPU threads, but threads are not cores. If they were then nobody would need more than one core.

Install the host Extension Pack.

In the VirtualBox manager (before running the VM), set File|Preferences|Maximum Guest Screen Size to None.

I don't see any other obvious problems. You should turn off Aero effects if you've not already done so. Then let's see where these changes take us.

It may also be useful to see the hardening log: make sure the VM is fully shut down, then right click it in the manager UI. Select "Show Log" and save "VBoxHardening.log" (no other file) to a zip file. Attach the zip here.

I don't see anything unusual in the hardening log. It's very similar to mine, including having the edgegdi.dll (MS Edge browser) and nvspcap64.dll (NVidia caps?) errors, which seem to be non-fatal.

Well, can we see an updated VBox.log (zipped please) file showing that you made all the changes suggested earlier?
