You don't need offsite links to post screenshots and zipped logs. Use the "Upload attachment" tab when composing a message.
And it's primarily the VM log that will interest us. Make sure the VM is fully shut down, then right click it in the manager UI. Select "Show Log" and save "VBox.log" (no other file) to a zip file. Attach the zip here.

The file is too big, maximum allowed size is 128 KiB.

Re: Unable to drag and drop, why? Version 6.1
"Drag and drop" is a Guest Additions feature, and as such will not work until you install the Guest Additions (in the guest OS). See chapter 4 of the user manual.
I'm afraid this VM is a mess. You have allocated RAM without regard to what's actually available on the host, the extension pack is not installed, Win10 will not work well on a single CPU core, the Win10 ISO is still in the drive (I assume that you have in fact installed the guest OS by now).
Reduce VM RAM to 8GB. Increase CPU cores to 2 (not more). I would also disable Transparency Effects in the Win10 guest and ONLY THEN enable 3D acceleration. Also install the extension pack (on the host - see chapter 1 of the user manual).
Finally, you have Hyper-v enabled that and will typically reduce a Win10 guest to a crawl, even with that extra CPU core. To disable Hyper-v read the last post in FAQ: I have a 64bit host, but can't install 64bit guests.

I also do not have drag and drop functionality.
I don't see from your last answer how to solve this.

As I said above.
