Please use the Copy button and paste the text of the error instead of a screenshot in the future.

There isn't much in the forum on this error, but what is there says you may have mounted the drive file i another OS or an unexpected setting in the VM.

Is there another VM running this disk file?

Please run:
vboxmanage showmediuminfo "drive:\path\to\the\drivefile.ext"
and post the command output.

Also, right-click the VM in the main Virtualbox window's VM list, choose Show Log. Save the far left tab's log, zip the log file, and post the zip file, using the forum's Upload Attachment tab.

Please right-click the VM in the main Virtualbox window's VM list, choose "Show in Explorer". In the window that opens, zip the VM's .vbox file, and post the zip file, using the forum's Upload Attachment tab. (Please make sure all file extensions are shown, so you will be able to see the .vbox extension easier.)

Thanks for the error message and uploads, they help. We're missing the vboxmanage command output, but there is something in the log that might be pertinent:
00:00:03.764734 PDM: Failed to construct 'piix3ide'/0! VERR_PDM_CFG_MISSING_DRIVER_NAME (-2822) - The attached driver configuration is missing the 'Driver' attribute.
I wonder if Virtualbox is not installed properly. Uninstall Virtualbox, reboot the PC, disable real-time scanning in your antivirus, then run the Virtualbox installer again with right-click-Run-As-Administrator, even if you already have Admin privileges.
