settings problems

I have recently downloaded oracle VM version 6.1.16 on my pc
which is a windows 10 64 bit and I am trying to run a windows 10 32 bit program
when attempting to open it gives me an error I went to the settings and it is telling me that the hardware virtualization setting on the system tab is enabled and I cant support it I tried messing with the settings a lot and it just didnt let me press ok in order to save my settings
I expected that I would just press ok and it would work
and I have searched the user manual finding nothing I may be blind and maybe it isnt there
I tried everything I could find and it all gave me the same result the ok button not working
it keeps telling me
Failed to open a session for the virtual machine windows 10.

Not in a hypervisor partition (HVP=0) (VERR_NEM_NOT_AVAILABLE).

VT-x is disabled in the BIOS for all CPU modes (VERR_VMX_MSR_ALL_VMX_DISABLED).
