Catalina OS VM on windows freezes at boot

Hi everyone, I'm having problems starting the virtualization of a VM with the MacOS Catalina. Here is the VBox.log of when I'm trying to boot. Hope you can help me, let me know if you need anything else since I'm new to this. Thanks!
