ubuntu host: installin solaris 10: text is not getting type

I installed virtual box on ubuntu 8. Ia m trying to install sun solaris 10. While installing, when I type for providing input, garbage value comes on the screen and Ia m not able to complete installation.

Disable PAE and VT and IOAPIC.
