All VMs fail to open

All my VMs are crashing with the following error. Any ideas why this is happening and how to fix it? I attached the VBoxHardening.log. I tried updating virtualbox to the latest version and that didn't fix it.

You have something called SentinelOne or Sentinel Agent running, and somethin is hacking your Windows DLL's.

Uninstall (not just disable) all antivirus and antimalware, Let Windows 10 Defender handle AV for a bit. Reboot, and try Virtualbox again.
