VirtualBox hardening

Hi,
I am on a new HP Prodesk with windows 10 Pro 1909.
I want to run Ubuntu server 18.04 on VirtualBox.
Firstly, I got a blank screen in VirtualBox after "Start" the image. It supposed to have bootup information when booting from the live CD, but there is nothing.
Then I disabled VT in BIOS. VirstualBox complained about it as expected.
And then I reverted BIOS changes and started VirtualBox again. This time, to my surprise, I got a new hardening issue.
I spent a whole day on this without any progress. Hope you could show me some clue.
Thanks!
Simon
