I cannot seem to run Kali or Parrot on VirtualBox - Black Screen

I have been trying all day to set up Kali or Parrot.

VT-x is enabled in bios.
I have tried various RAM and storage amounts, changing video memory, turning off audio... everything I could find online. Nothing is working. The screen either goes a little larger and remains black or it has a small flashing _

I am a complete beginner, but I followed various walkthroughs online with no success.

Latest log is attached, waited around 5 minutes with no success, others ran for longer and remained the same.

Any idea how to fix this?

Hyper-V is enabled and needs to be disabled. See HMR3Init: Attempting fall back to NEM (Hyper-V is active).
