Hi Folks,
Actually created an account just to add this tidbit in case it might of help. VM 6.1 on Windows 7 host, i7-4810MQ. Tried a zillion times to install Win10 with a zillion isos, kept getting above. Gave it a shot on an i5-3340M, boom, worked first time. Searched here, everywhere. What could be the problem? Got lucky on first tweak. Went into i7's BIOS and the first thing I tried changing worked. Under Security, I had CPU XD Support unchecked (disabled). Checked it, and voilà, it worked.

We can usually help with what might be tweaked to get things working, if you post a vbox.log from the failing VM.
Start the VM from full power off, not save-state. Run until you see the problem happen, then shut down the VM from within the VM OS if possible. If not possible, close the Virtualbox window for the VM with the Power Off option set.
Please right-click the VM in the main Virtualbox window's VM list, choose Show Log. Save the far left tab's log, zip the log file, and post the zip file, using the forum's Upload Attachment tab.
