Can 2 USB Scanners be connected to Host

Hi all,
Host - Ubuntu 20.04 desktop
Guest1 - Win10Home 64bit
Guest2 - Ubuntu 20.04 desktop
Scanner1 for Guest1
Scanner2 for Guest2
I'm planning connecting 2 Epson scanners to the PC for scanning old stock of film negatives. Film negatives scanning is time consuming. While scanning negatives on Scanner1 I can continue adjusting the settings of the film negatives on Guest2 (Scanner2). Scanning software will be VueScan or/and XSane for Ubuntu and SilverFast for Win10Home. In this arrangement I don't need to sit idlely waiting the scanner to work.
