My USB device is not visible in the USB screen.

My host OS is Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS, running VirtualBox 6.1, and have installed version 6.1.16r140961 of the extension pack. I also added my user to the vboxusers group.

If anyone has run into this issue can you please share how you solved it?

Did you logout/login after adding the user to the group ?
Try to run with sudo, and check if you can access USB. If you can't, the problem isn't with the vboxusers group.
