My virtual box system has no internet and wont supply to guest Macos

I am new to this and successfully downloaded Catalina on my windows 10. Now I am going through the set up and there is no connection to the internet from virtual box or in the macos guest.

Can someone please help. I dont understand how to connect to the internet, i thought this was automatic.
