Actually, I did this and on another PC the VM started also with the AV... Pretty strange; but I still didn't get what caused all of this :/
Well, if someone has any idea of what causes this casual glitch, can tell it here; also because there's no Virus on my PC according to Mawarebytes, Sophos and Avast, so nothing suspicious can do this.

And obviously, don't put anything sensitive in there: you'd be nuts to prefer XP for serious work today, so it should be easy to avoid having personal data in there. And mind what home network access XP has.
I guess I'll do in this way, the only thing sensitive I've got in there is some old game with damaged CD... I think it's better rip them and try to recover all the data on it than leave it only installed on the VM.
