i think u are not aware of how deb package manager displays for installed and uninstalled applications in pc.
actually if virtualbox is installed it'll show "Reinstall package" instead of install package, it'll also show "installed" at status bad which u can see right at the left-top of screenshot.
and u see that "install package" is also not highlighted.
help me if u know.

What's your problem? You use the greatest superduper hacker distro and you are not able to provide any relevant error message?
Learn to use the terminal and "virtual box is not installing" does not say anything!

I think you need to go to "Parrot OS" forums for help on getting their packet installer to work. The only installers supported here are those downloaded from here: the things fetched by your distro's package manager was prepared by them.
