vb error on starting new centos 64 bit vm

New to VirtualBox, trying to fire up first created VM (centos) and getting this error, any idea what this is? Not exactly sure what I should be looking at in the log (log is attached as it was too many characters to post). Any help here would be much appreciated, thanks.

I figured it out after researching on the site - first thing I tried was disable Symantec and that worked lol.
