I am using windows 10 Guest OS in Virtual Box 6.1.4 on Windows 10 Host OS. When VM is started from saved state, after 1 or 2 min the VM state changes from running to Guru Meditation error.
Vbox.log is attached.

Re: Virtual Box 6.1.4 Guru Meditation Error
Checking if a later version of VirtualBox fixes the problem would appear to be an obvious next move?
Or, stop using saved states, since you must be doing something during the suspended state that invalidates the saved state info, though I have no idea what. Are you moving the VM between hosts? (save info is not portable).

Re: Virtual Box 6.1.4 Guru Meditation Error
Yes, I am moving saved state from one host to another and starting the VM from that saved state. Not sure why save info is not portable. I am using this for years. Started observing this behavior recently when I updated the Windows 10 OS build to 2004. Any thing to do with the Windows Updates?mpack wrote:Are you moving the VM between hosts? Any change in host hardware or OS has the potential to invalidate the saved state.
