[Help] Very weird issue with virtualbox on windows

Hello all, i've been using VB for a while, its one of my favourite. When i installed i had 0 problems but today i decided to open it and didn't get any window, in the task manager there are 3 proccess runing about virtualbox, but i had this problem before, so then i decided to start windows from 0 and got any problem, but today i get this message(img1):

I have got this message by runing windows in safe mode, If not no window would have come out

Need help to solve this problem but i have no idea what is this error about
