Critical error while installing Kali-linux

Hello.
I'm running Ubuntu 20.04 LTS and installed VirtualBox.
I created a new Virtual Machine to run Kali linux. When I start the machine, trying to install the .iso file for kali-linux I got a critical error message and the Guru Meditation windows pops-up.
I looked on the forum and tried few fixes, but none of them solved this issue.
I've the VT-x enabled and secure boot option disabled, from BIOS.
I attach here the log file I got from the system.
Has anyone run into the same problem
thanks,
