On windows 10 I can control my peripheral over Serial terminal.
This terminal is provided by USB-to-Serial adapter.
How can I make this staff visible in the guest OS (Ubuntu).

try this: How to: Add a Serial Port in Windows XP and 7 Guest, the principles going into Linux should be similar.
