VCPU0: Guru Meditation -75 (VERR_MAP_FAILED) OR Host/VM is not suitable for using TSC mode 'RealTsc'

Hello everyone,

I'm getting the same error since nearly 2 months everytime I try to start my Win 7 VM on my Win 10 Host-System.
The error appeared without any noticeable changes to my host or vm system.

I think that the main problem is the error

for which I cannot find any information online.
That's the main point why I'm writing here.

You can find my log file in the attachments. I tried to change every setting - which has something to do with (V)RAM and/or cpu - without any luck.

EDIT: The error appears on the normal "Windows is starting"-Blackscreen.

Other:
- After setting the guest time stamp counter to reflect guest execution the vm won't even start with the exception (VBoxTSC.log)

I don't know if this is the problem, but it certainly can't help:-

An extension pack is a plugin for a specific version of VirtualBox. I.e. unlike the GAs, extension pack version must match the VirtualBox software, otherwise who knows what it does.

There is also a memory allocation error.

This could potentially be caused by the EP mismatch, so fix that and then let's see where we are.

Sadly that didn't fix my problem, the same VERR_NO_PAGE_MEMORY, but the tsc mode error disappeaered.

Ok, next up is that you have Hyper-v enabled. One day Hyper-v and VirtualBox will be able to live in peace and harmony, but that is not today. Hyper-v should be disabled if you want to use VirtualBox. Related FAQ, posts 2 and 3: FAQ: I have a 64bit host, but can't install 64bit guests.
