Recover Hard Drive Space from Virtualbox?
I have had a problem with my MS Windows 10 box lately and installed and uninstalled Virtualbox as well as numerous hosts. Each time I clicked to remove the host in virtualbox, I clicked "And Delete All File" and then I removed the programs in windows "Add or Remove Programs". Now almost all of my memory is used up and I need to find how to release it. Is there a trick? I searched my hard drive and did not find any remaining virualbox files.

Reason: edited title to reflect Hard Drive, not Memory, as space being used

Re: Recover Memory from Virtualbox?
No, there are no tricks. If any files are still there, just delete them.
Have you looked in your VIrtualBox VMs file to see if any of the vms are still there? If they are just delete them.
Have you used any of the standard built-in or third party tools to free up space in Windows 10? At least run Storage Sense. Don't forget the obvious one - empty the recycle bin.
