error launching VM on Windows Error -104 in supR3HardenedWinReSpawn!

Hello All, This is very frustrating. I had VM running fine on Windows 10 with ubuntu. Now it is giving error as attached in the log and as seen in the screenshot. The last software I had installed which might have caused the error was Docker Desktop, which I have uninstalled. I have also uninstalled anti-virus. Tried re-installing VM old version. Even tried creating VM on different drive but still not able to start the VM work. I did read other threads but I believe i have tried everything. Any help will be highly appreciated, else I would need to check for different VM tool. Do let me know if I need to enable / disable any windows feature ? Thanks in advance for your help.

You have Trusteer Rapport running on the host PC. Trusteer Rapport is a real thorn in the side of Virtualbox.
