On my Mac (original Apple hardware) I installed OS 11.01 (Big Sur). From time to time, however, I also need older OS X versions which I installed as guest. Unfortunately, neither shared folder, shared clipboard, drag&drog nor network (except NAT) are running. That’s why I don’t have access to the host from my guest system.
Does anybody have a hint how to configure host/guest to get this running?

From what I can tell, the network problem is probably because you are using the wireless interface on the Mac. If you can use an ethernet interface, that may solve the networking problems.
If you can get networking sorted out, then I recommend using Apple Screen Sharing - enable screen sharing in the the guest (System Preferences/Sharing)
You can then open a remote session to your guest from the host system and use drag&drop etc for moving files between the two. You can minimise or hide the VirtualBox guest window to avoid too much screen clutter.
