USB 2 and 3 controllers not available

USB 2 and 3 controllers not available
I am using VirtualBox (v6.1.10_Ubuntu) on a Ubuntu host (20.04.1 LTS). The guest operating system is Windows Server 2019 Essentials. In the settings for this virtual machine I only have the USB 1.1 (OHCI) Controller available and there is no selection for USB 2 or 3.
Is this a limitation of VirtualBox on the Ubuntu host or is it a limitation of the guest Windows OS?

Just needed to install the extension pack... oops!
