c)may be transfer files between these

Host: XP SP1, USB-Wlan, USB Printer
Guest: XP SP1
2.nd PC: XP SP1, Lan, USB Printer
Both PC's on the same router

What kind of network shoul'd I use

and most important, how to implement it.

I read the manual but I'm confused.
I never before installed a network, please take care of this.

This isn't really the right place to help you set up a complete network, there are other places you can go to. With Google, you can find a lot of good howto's on Windows networking. Even your local library will have some books that explains things on how to set up a network with your PCs.

If you already have a working network between the physical PCs and able to share the printer and files to each of them, there isn't much more you have to do for your Guest. You can use NAT to access the printers on the network without any problem.
Since your VB machine is using a wireless connection, you can't use a bridge with it. It is possible to use Internet Connection Sharing with it though (not the bridge, but the Host Interface). However, you probably won't be able to access the Guest VM on the 2nd computer.
