Hello, yesterday I started using VBox, I installed Lubuntu, Linux Lite, and Windows 98. Today I wanted to install drivers for the display, but shared folders do not work as there are no Guest Additions for 98. So, I had the idea to transfer the drivers via Google Drive or a network folder, wich would need an internet connection. I tried every single internet adapter on VBox, but none work. Can anyone help me please? Thanks.

You'll want to leave the network adapter on the setting Virtualbox used from the beginning.

My 98SE guest uses the PCnet-FAST III, set to Virtualbox's NAT (not NAT network). When I boot up I am able to ping Google at 8.8.8.8 from the MS Dos Prompt. Internet browsers on 98 would be way too old to use modern internet. If you can ping 8.8.8.8 you have internet in the 98 OS.

My guess is that modern file-sharing software won't work in such an old OS.

You can use Virtualbox's VISO system to make a virtual ISO to hold the drivers, or get a free 3rd-party ISO maker like ImgBurn to make a real ISO of the drivers, and load them on the VM's CD drive.
