Setting up static IP on Bridged mode kills internet and Guest VM Access

Helllo, Experts,
Hose: Windows7
Guest1: Oracle Linux 7
Guest2: Oracle Linux 7
Network Mode: Bridged
In a bridged mode with an automatic IP address assigned to the guest operating system, everything works like a dream.
Whenever I restart the computer, I needed to change the application configuration to work with the new IP. this is quite annoying, hence I decided to set the static IP. But when I set the static IP.
>Host to Guest connectivity broker.
>Guest VM to Guest VM connectivity broken
>Internet connectivity on Guest VM broken.
Please note, I set the IP in the same subnet where the Host computer was set.
Any valuable advice to solve this issue would really be appreciated.
Cheers
