virtual box windows7 don't start

Hello to all. I created a virtual machine from a pc that has the windows 7 operating system. I installed Virtual Box on my laptop and windows 10. When I start the virtual machine it gives me an error with both the s.o. 32-bit and 64-bit. By setting the s.o. 32-bit at startup the machine keeps displaying .... file loading ... and then always restarts. With 64 bit operating system it goes in blue mask and then reboots. You're trying a 'P2V' or 'physical to virtual'. Been done many times. Web-search 'Windows 7 P2V site:forums.virtualbox.org'
