Stuck on black screen installing Ubuntu

Hi
I try to install Ubuntu on VirtuelBox on Windows 10.
VirtuelBox is running fine.

I have downloade the Ubuntu .iso image - 2 times :-) now.
It get to check files system - no errors
But then it stops the installation - Black screen with the ubuntu logo at the button.
I have attached the last log file

I have installede uninstallede 3 times now same problem.

'Tis the usual. Hyper-V needs to be disabled. See HMR3Init: Attempting fall back to NEM (Hyper-V is active).

I have already disabled Hyper V

I have also tried with an older version of Ubuntu - 18.04
Same resultat :-(

"Hyper-V" is not the only thing in Windows 10 that uses Hyper-V, and "Disabling Hyper-V" therefore does not always truly disable Hyper-V.

If you fully followed the posted tutorial before posting the above, run the guest again and check the guest's vbox.log for the words "Attempting fall back to NEM". Copy/paste them into the Find box. If these words are still there, you didn't disable Hyper-V. Try the tutorial again carefully.
