I have a laptop with windows 8.1 installed

i have downloaded the latest version of virtual box 6.1.16 r140961(Qt5.6.2)

my first attempt to use this was by downloading a wordpress image bitnami-wordpress

when i press start i recieve a virtual box error window saying "Failed to open session for the virtual machine bitnami-wordpress

when I select the details I see the following message

The native API dll was not found (C:\WINDOWS\system32\WinHvPlatform.dll) (VERR_NEM_NOT_AVAILABLE).
VT-x is disabled in the BIOS for all CPU modes (VERR_VMX_MSR_ALL_VMX_DISABLED).

So now I open a command prompt and type dir winhvplatform.dll /S

The file is definitely NOT on the machine on C: or D:
