I would increase the number of VM cores to 2, and enable 3D acceleration.

If you can turn Hyper-v off, that would be good too. See related FAQ (posts #2 and beyond): FAQ: I have a 64bit host, but can't install 64bit guests.

I see that this is your second post, asking virtually the same question. It would be nice to have acknowledged the previous response, which was similar to what I just wrote.

Thanks Mpack
I tried to increate the vm cores and 3d acceleration - still same
tried some of the steps in the FAQ: I have a 64bit host, but can't install 64bit guests.
but could not get this work still
regarding the other post was actually for another PC which I dont have now so unable to test
this is a new PC not the same though error looks very same for me
is there any other hints /info catching in the log I attached by any chance ?
appreciate your help
regards

Thanks mpack this issue now resolved
Credential guard should have been the culprit
to be honest below was not configured in group policy so I assumed = disabled as the policy says >>Turn on Virtualization Based Security
when configured to make it disabled it started working fine
thank you so much :D
