Virtual Box Hanging on CentOS

I have a VirtualBox Guest wich hangs from time to time.
When this happens, we cannot shutdown the guest, and we restart the host, then start the VM and everything comes back to normal.
The Host is CentOS Linux release 8.1.1911 (Core) 64 Bits with 32Gb of RAM
The guest is Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 7.2 (Maipo) With 20 Gb of RAM
The version of Virtual Box is 6.1.2r135662
