So i can't any virtual box machine i make, i have already looked for solutions hyper-v wasnt even running, and nothing i try seem to fix it.

It appears you used (accidentally or intentionally) VirtualBox's ad-hoc virtual iso system, and the '.viso' file no longer exists.

In the main Virtualbox window, open the guest's Storage settings. Go to each Optical Drive (often there is only one but there can be more) and if the contents attached to the drive have a .viso extension, click that drive, and in the popup menu click "Remove disk from virtual drive".
