Shortcuts not working inside virtual machine

Hi, I have a Windows 7 virtual machine set up, I have Photoshop installed within it and I'm trying to work out why the shortcuts for Photoshop are not working inside the virtual machine

For instance, I'm using Ctrl and + to zoom in from within Photoshop in the virtual machine but nothing is happening.

I can't see any conflicting shortcuts for VirtualBox, so I'm wondering if there is a preference somewhere I am missing?
Ideally when I'm inside the virtual machine I'd like all the keyboard shortcuts to work with just the virtual machine.

I'm hoping someone could please help?

Right Control is the default Virtualbox Host key to allow a running guest's captured keyboard to break out of the guest or to run Virtualbox keyboard host shortcuts. If you're typing Right-Ctrl-+ and nothing happens, but Left-Ctrl-+ zooms, then this is your problem.

When your guest is in a window, not fullscreen or seamless, the Host key is shown on the lower right corner in the Status Bar.

The Host key can be changed, see the main Virtualbox window, File Menu, Preferences, Input, Virtual Machine tab, first box in the table "Host Key combination". I changed mine to 'Right Shift Right Ctrl' combination, because I also need both Ctrl keys.
