Backup virtualbox from the datas on harddisk

Hello, on my old harddisk i still have my virtualbox data, but can directly from the windows OS because the OS is damaged. Anyways I wanted to transfer the data/virtual machines from my old hardDisk to my new hardDisk. Hope you can help me

Presumable the filesystem on the the disk is still accessible otherwise you wouldn't bother to ask. So, just copy the VM folders off. Howto: Move a VM.
